Stump grinding

Stump Grinding:

  When we are felling a tree, we usually cut the trunk flush with the ground with a chainsaw. But the stump can be cumbersome. 

  To pull up the stump needs big machines and is expensive. So we can use a stump grinder. It consists to scrape the stump using a machine with a toothed disc. It allows to dig the stump about 15-20 cm below the surface of the ground. In this way, we easily can replant trees, pave or create an access for vehicles.
